I was staying at the Four Seasons Henri V in Paris for my birthday when my skin began to react badly. The cold, harsh weather combined with a cold and stress of travel had left my skin red, irritated and reactive. Nothing was working and with a party coming up, I had to do something.

I went down to the hotel’s spa and asked them for advice.
