nanascookies.jpgI am a lover of all things flour; cookies, croissants, cakes, crepes… oh my. I’m one who prefers afternoon tea to a fancy dinner. But the truth is, I have Celiac’s disease and therefor cannot now have gluten. This makes life hard for a girl who couldn’t go a day without her chocolate chip cookie.

Thank God for Nana!

Her gluten-free cookies are amazing and healthy! No refined sugar, no dairy, no hydrogenated oils, no eggs, no cholesterol, no added salt. What’s left to make them good, you ask? Lots! In fact, you don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything as these cookies (especially the ginger) are better than most. Four different kinds to try, they’ll keep you (and your belly) happy.
